Deed's mission is to improve transparency and customer experience in the parcel delivery industry. In the deed portal customers will have an overview of coming deliveries and be able to manage them. Deed will tackle stakeholder problems one by one in an aim to create a one stop informative platform for customers and drivers to communicate.

The Deed driver app merges all technology formerly used by delivery companies to one simple and easy-to-use application. The app merges scanning, communication and routing functionality to one place. As well as being able to show drivers’ payment and customs statuses live while on the road. Rerouting them if anything on their route changes.
